The Porsche 911 (997.1) GTS is a high-performance variant of the 997-generation 911, produced from 2007 to 2010. It is based on the 997.1 Carrera S but features several unique modifications.

The 911 (997.1) GTS is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six engine, which produces 405 horsepower at 6,750 rpm and 299 lb-ft of torque at 4,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed manual transmission or an optional seven-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic.
Chassis and Suspension
The GTS features a stiffer suspension setup compared to the Carrera S, which includes firmer springs, dampers, and anti-roll bars. The car also comes with 19-inch wheels at the front and rear, shod in 265/35 ZR 19 and 295/30 ZR 19 tires, respectively.
Aerodynamics and Cooling
The GTS has a unique front spoiler and side skirts, which are designed to enhance downforce. The car also features a rear spoiler with a distinctive shape, as well as a larger rear diffuser. The GTS benefits from an improved cooling system, including a rear-mounted oil cooler and a large air intake on the engine cover.
Interior and Features
Inside, the 911 (997.1) GTS is trimmed in Alcantara and leather, with a flat-bottomed steering wheel and six-way adjustable sports seats for the driver and passenger. The car also features a Porsche Communication Management system with a seven-inch touchscreen display, as well as a BOSE sound system.
