The Ferrari 458 Spider Tipo F142 Pininfarina Sergio is a one-off, coach-built variant of the 458 Spider. It was created by Pininfarina in honor of Lorenzo Bandini's legacy, as well as the company's founder, Battista 'Pinin' Farina.

The car features a sleek and aerodynamic design with a pronounced spoiler at the rear.
