The Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR was a high-performance sports car produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1997 to 2003. It was designed and built by AMG (Aufrecht, Melcher und Grossaspach), the performance division of Mercedes-Benz.

The CLK-GTR was based on the standard C124-generation Mercedes-Benz 300SL, but it featured a significantly revised bodyshell and interior, with a focus on aerodynamics, weight reduction, and improved handling. The design was led by AMG's vice president, Christian Feldenzer.
