Looking for the most effective mods to increase horsepower on my 2003 Nissan 350Z without voiding warranty

New to owning a 2003 Nissan Z and seeking advice on breaking it in gently and safely.

I've had my 350Z for a few years now and I'm starting to think about upgrading the engine. The V6 in my current car has been running fine, but I'm wondering if it would be worth investing in a V6 conversion kit or even going all out with a LS swap.

I've got a '97 Nissan Altima with 170k miles and I'm experiencing a transmission slipping issue. It happens when I accelerate from a stop or when shifting into higher gears. The problem seems to be getting worse over time. I've checked the fluid level and it's at the recommended level, but I'm not sure what else could be causing this. Has anyone else dealt with this issue on their Altima? What repairs did you have to make?
