Is It Worth Upgrading to a V6 Engine in My 350Z?

I've had my 350Z for a few years now and I'm starting to think about upgrading the engine. The V6 in my current car has been running fine, but I'm wondering if it would be worth investing in a V6 conversion kit or even going all out with a LS swap.
