The Bugatti Veyron Hermann zur Leiningen is a limited edition variant of the Veyron, produced in 2008 and 2009. It was named after Prince Hermann zu Leiningen, a German businessman who bought one of the first two Veyrons.
This car featured a unique blue and silver paint scheme with a black roof, making it stand out from other Veyrons. The interior was also bespoke, with hand-stitched leather upholstery in the same color scheme as the exterior.
Mechanically, the Hermann zur Leiningen remained identical to the standard Veyron, with an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine producing 1,001 horsepower and 922 lb-ft of torque. The car's advanced all-wheel-drive system was also retained, allowing it to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 2.4 seconds.
Top speed remained at 267 mph, although the Hermann zur Leiningen's bespoke gearing allowed for slightly quicker acceleration times compared to the standard Veyron.
Production of the Hermann zur Leiningen was limited to only one unit, making it an extremely exclusive and highly sought-after collector's item among Bugatti enthusiasts.
