Yamaha Valve Seat Replacement

I'm having some issues with my Yamaha motorcycle's engine and I was wondering if anyone has experience with valve seat replacement. Specifically, I've got a 2015 FZ-6R and I've noticed that the valves are getting worn out faster than expected. I'm not sure if it's just a matter of maintenance or if there's something more going on. Has anyone else had to replace their valve seats on this model? If so, what was your experience like? Were there any issues with the job or did everything go smoothly?
