Yamaha Outboard Motor Troubleshooting

I'm having trouble with my Yamaha outboard motor and I was hoping to get some help from the community. The motor has been running great for years but recently started experiencing issues. When I try to start it, it won't turn over unless I use a lot of choke. Once it's running, it idles rough and sometimes dies on me. I've checked the basics like fuel and oil levels, and they seem fine. Has anyone else experienced similar problems or have any idea what might be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
