Yamaha Intake Manifold Tuning

I'm looking for some help with tuning my intake manifold on my Yamaha motorcycle. I've recently installed a new performance camshaft and I'm trying to get the most out of it by fine-tuning my intake system. The problem is that my idle is a bit rough and I'm not sure if it's related to the intake manifold being set up correctly or if there are some other factors at play. Has anyone else had similar issues with their YZF/RS/VMAX models? What adjustments did you make to get your bike running smoothly again?
