Yamaha Clutch Replacement

I'm in desperate need of some guidance on replacing my clutch on my 2015 Yamaha YZF-R1. I've been putting it off for far too long and I'm starting to feel like it's going to leave me stranded on the side of the road at any moment. The old clutch is still engaging properly but it feels really stiff, which is making it harder to shift gears smoothly. I've tried adjusting the cable a few times but that doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I've also started to notice some slipping when shifting into first gear from neutral. I'm planning on replacing the clutch with an aftermarket unit and was hoping someone could walk me through the process, share their experiences or recommend any good resources for tutorials or guides. Does anyone have experience with this particular model and can offer any advice?
