Yamaha Braking System Upgrades

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my Yamaha's braking system and was wondering if anyone has experience with this. Specifically, I've got a 2015 FZ-6R and I'm thinking of installing a set of high-performance brake pads, possibly some braided stainless steel lines for improved feel and modulation, and maybe even upgrading the master cylinder or calipers to get better initial bite and fade resistance. Has anyone done similar upgrades on their Yamaha? What results have you seen? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
