My experience with the Volkswagen Polo's infotainment system - Pros and Cons

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time with the new Volkswagen Polo and was quite impressed with its infotainment system. I'd like to share my experience, highlighting both the positive aspects that made me enjoy the journey as well as some areas where improvement could be made.
