2018 VW Golf Mk7 GTI - Any owners with excessive oil consumption issues?

I'm experiencing excessive oil consumption on my 2018 VW Golf Mk7 GTI. The issue seems to be persistent and I've noticed a significant increase in oil usage over time. Has anyone else encountered this problem with their vehicle? If so, what was the outcome of your investigation and any subsequent repairs?
