Toyota Yaris Fuel Economy Issues - What's Going On?

I'm experiencing some concerning fuel economy issues with my Toyota Yaris and was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems. My mileage has suddenly dropped to around 25mpg from a consistent 35-40mpg on the same route and driving conditions. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions for what might be causing it?
