Toyota Supra performance mods for under $10k

I'm looking to squeeze out every last bit of performance from my Supra without breaking the bank. What mods can I realistically install for under $10k that'll make a noticeable difference in power and handling? Are there any air filter upgrades, intake mods, or engine software tweaks that'll get me closer to 400hp?
