2015-2018 Toyota RAV4: Issues with the CVT Transmission

I'm experiencing issues with my 2015 Toyota RAV4's CVT transmission and was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar problems. Specifically, I've noticed slipping/ hesitation when shifting into drive, and occasional failure to engage gear. Mileage is around 80k and maintenance has been up-to-date.
