Is my '75 Corolla E30 a real 1.2L or just a 1.0L with a fake airfilter?

I recently acquired a '75 Corolla E30 with alleged 1.2L engine and I'm trying to determine if it's genuine or just a rebored 1.0L with aftermarket airfilter
