I'm curious to hear from fellow Tesla owners and enthusiasts about the safety of Autopilot technology. As we all know, Autopilot has been a game-changer in terms of convenience and driving experience, but some have raised concerns about its reliability and potential for accidents. I'd love to discuss recent incidents where Autopilot may have played a role, as well as any personal experiences or insights on the matter. What are your thoughts on the safety of Autopilot? Do you trust it implicitly, or do you take a more cautious approach when using it?

I've been following the development of Tesla's Autopilot technology with great interest, and I must say that while it's a remarkable achievement, I still have concerns about its safety. The data shows that Autopilot is involved in a significant number of accidents, and some of these incidents are quite alarming.
However, it's also clear that the technology has been improved significantly over time, with Tesla pushing out regular software updates to address issues and improve performance. But even so, I think we need to be honest about the limitations of Autopilot. It's not perfect, and it can make mistakes, sometimes with serious consequences.
I'd love to hear from other forum members who have experience using Autopilot on their Teslas - what are your thoughts on its safety? Have you ever had an incident or close call while driving with Autopilot engaged?
