Tesla Model S Autopilot Issues - Experiences and Solutions

I'm experiencing intermittent issues with my Model S Autopilot system and was wondering if others have encountered similar problems. The car seems to be losing lane detection at times and I've had instances where it didn't engage properly when using Auto steering on the highway. Any experiences or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
