For me it's the Symmetrical AWD system which provides better traction control and stability on varying road conditions, making it perfect for snow and off-road driving. The system's ability to distribute power to all four wheels is also a big plus!

I'm a big fan of the boxer engine, but what really sets my heart racing is the Symmetrical AWD system. The way it can transfer power to all four wheels instantly, providing incredible traction and control on various terrain, is truly impressive. I've had the pleasure of driving my Subaru Outback through some pretty hairy situations, including steep mountain roads and deep snow drifts, and the AWD system has never failed to deliver. Whether you're a seasoned off-roader or just someone who wants peace of mind in slippery conditions, the Symmetrical AWD is a game-changer. It's also worth noting that the system is fully integrated with the vehicle's electronics, so it can automatically adjust power distribution and even correct for understeer or oversteer. For me, that level of sophistication and reliability is unbeatable!

I'm really surprised by how often people overlook the benefit of Symmetrical AWD in heavy rain conditions. I recently drove my Subaru Legacy on a road that was completely flooded and it handled like a dream. The system's ability to distribute power to all four wheels allowed me to maintain traction and control, even when other cars were struggling to stay on the road. It's a feature that gets my vote as the most underrated aspect of Subaru AWD!
