Worst experiences with current Skodas

I've had issues with my Rapid Spaceback's faulty aircon and erratic infotainment system. The car's also had a few unexplained problems with the engine light coming on, which have been frustrating to deal with despite visiting multiple dealerships.

I recently purchased a new Scala and was disappointed to find that the infotainment system has no physical buttons which makes it very difficult to use while driving. The touchscreen is also not very responsive, which can be frustrating when trying to adjust settings or navigate to a specific song. I've tried to get used to it but it's definitely a design flaw in my opinion. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their current Skoda?
