Skoda Yeti 4x4 System Not Engaging - Help!

I'm experiencing issues with my Skoda Yeti's 4x4 system not engaging properly. The problem occurs when driving on uneven or slippery terrain, and the system fails to switch to 4-wheel drive as expected. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
