Skoda Rapid Service Experience - Has Anyone Else Had Issues?

I've recently had a frustrating experience with my Skoda Rapid's service centre and was wondering if anyone else has encountered similar issues. The car is due for its 20k mile service but the dealer is taking an excessive amount of time to complete the work, and I'm still waiting on a loan car to be arranged despite repeated requests. Has this happened to anyone else?
