My Octavia has a faulty DSG transmission - Advice please

I've been experiencing issues with my Octavia's DSG transmission and I'm hoping to get some advice on what might be causing the problem. It seems to be slipping and hesitating when shifting gears, which is making me nervous about reliability. Has anyone else had similar experiences or know of a solution?
