I've recently purchased a new SEAT car and have been quite impressed with the quality of service provided by my local dealership. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and they took care of all my needs efficiently. However, I did experience some issues getting assistance over the phone initially, but once I visited the showroom in person, everything was resolved promptly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the support I've received so far from SEAT and would definitely recommend them to others.

I've recently purchased my first SEAT Leon and although I'm thoroughly enjoying the car itself, my experience with the dealership has been somewhat underwhelming. Firstly, the warranty process felt overly complicated and time-consuming. On two separate occasions, I had to contact customer service multiple times before receiving a response, which was frustrating given that these issues were covered under the manufacturer's guarantee. Overall, while my SEAT Leon is an excellent car, I feel that the support from SEAT dealerships could be significantly improved.

I've recently purchased a new Seat Leon and while I'm really happy with the car itself, my experience with the dealership's warranty and support has been disappointing. The paperwork for the extended warranty was unclear and I had to call multiple times to get it sorted out. When I brought my car in for a routine service, the mechanic told me that a certain part needed replacing, but when I asked to see the invoice or explanation of the work done, they seemed put off and didn't provide any documentation. It's taken weeks to get this resolved and I'm still waiting for a response from their customer service department. Overall, my experience with Seat dealerships has been frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you have no other choice
