Troubleshooting Issues with My DSG Transmission in My Seat Ibiza

I'm experiencing issues with my DSG transmission in my Seat Ibiza and I'm hoping to get some help troubleshooting the problem. The car is 2015 model and has done around 70k miles. Symptoms include intermittent failure to engage gears and a strange noise coming from the gearbox area.
