Best Mods for Improving Performance on the Seat Ibiza FR?

I'm looking to squeeze every last bit of performance out of my Ibiza FR and was wondering what mods others have found to be effective. Are there any air intake mods that can make a noticeable difference? What about cat-back exhausts or perhaps suspension upgrades? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
