Help needed! Altea's turbo not working, any solutions?

Hello everyone, I'm in need of some help with my Altea's turbocharger. It's not working and I've tried to diagnose the issue myself but couldn't find the cause. Has anyone else experienced similar problems or know of any solutions? The car is a 2003 model with around 120k miles on it.
