Can someone help me identify why my Altea's AC is not working?

My 2018 Altea has stopped cooling down completely. The system seems to be working mechanically as the fan is blowing air and there's no unusual noises coming from it. I've checked the fuse and they all seem fine. It was working just a few days ago, but now the car feels like an oven when driving. Any idea what might have caused this?
