Altea XPF problems with rear passenger door opening mechanism

I'm experiencing issues with the rear passenger door on my Altea XPF. The opening mechanism seems to be faulty, as it often gets stuck or doesn't open at all when I try to get in. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any solutions or DIY fixes that can help resolve the issue?
