Porsche Cayenne Turbo S - Is it Too Much Car for Me?

I'm considering purchasing a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S but I'm having second thoughts. It's an incredible vehicle with amazing performance and features but it also comes with a hefty price tag and some pretty steep running costs. Has anyone else owned one of these or think they're worth the investment?
