My First Year with a Cayenne: Pros and Cons

I'm nearing the one year mark with my Cayenne S and wanted to share some of my experiences, both positive and negative. So far I've loved the power and handling, but have also encountered some issues with the infotainment system and rear differential. Has anyone else had similar problems or found creative solutions?
