Is the Porsche 928 a reliable car?

I've owned my '85 928 for over 100k miles and have had surprisingly few issues despite some TLC. However, I've also come across horror stories of blown engines and related problems in my research. What's your experience with the reliability of this car? Have you heard similar stories or do you own one that has been trouble-free?
