Best modifications for a performance boost on Peugeot 108

Looking to squeeze out some extra power and speed from my trusty Peugeot 108. What mods have people tried and how effective were they? Cat-back exhausts, air filters, ECU tune, or something more extreme like a turbo upgrade or supercharger? Got any tips on what's worked for others in the past?
