Have you ever experienced a flat tire with Nokian?

I'm curious to know if anyone else has had issues with flat tires while driving on Nokian tires. I've recently had a blowout on my rear tire, and despite being on schedule for rotation and inflation checks, it still happened. The tire was only 2 years old as well. Was it just a one-off incident or is there something more to it? Do the Nokian owners out there have any similar experiences or perhaps tips on how to prevent such incidents in the future?
