Can I use Nokian all-season tires year-round in my area?

I'm curious to know if I can use Nokian all-season tires year-round in my area. I live in a region with moderate temperatures and rainfall throughout the year, and I was wondering if these tires would be sufficient for all 12 months or if I'd need to switch to dedicated winter tires during the colder months. Has anyone else had experience with running Nokian all-seasons through snow and ice? Are there any specific models within this line that are better suited for year-round use?
