I've been able to get an additional 4-5 mpg out of my Altima by keeping it in good condition, making sure the tire pressure is set correctly, and removing any extra weight I don't need. Simple changes can make a big difference!

I've found that keeping my tires properly inflated can make a big difference in fuel efficiency on my Altima. I've also started to drive more smoothly and avoid hard acceleration, which seems to help a bit too.

I've been driving my trusty Nissan Altima for years and I've learned that one of the most effective ways to improve fuel efficiency is by maintaining a consistent speed. Whether it's on the highway or in city traffic, trying to drive at a steady pace can make a big difference. I also find that avoiding idling for extended periods, using cruise control when possible, and keeping my tires properly inflated all contribute to better gas mileage. Has anyone else found these tips to be effective?

I've been using regenerative braking on my Altima and it's made a noticeable difference in fuel efficiency, especially during city driving. I've also started to coast more before accelerating again, which has also helped reduce gas consumption. Have others noticed similar results?

I've been driving my 2018 Altima for a few months now and I was surprised at how much of a difference making a few simple tweaks made to my fuel efficiency. First off, I started checking my tire pressure every week, as underinflated tires can lower your gas mileage by about 0.3% for every pound per square inch (PSI) that's below the recommended level. Next, I began using the "Eco" mode on my car's infotainment system whenever I'm cruising at a steady speed, such as during highway driving. This setting adjusts the engine and transmission to optimize fuel efficiency, and it's made a noticeable difference in my mileage. I also started taking advantage of gas-saving features like coasting to a stop before idling for extended periods, which can save up to 1-2 gallons per tank depending on how often you do it.
