Can I swap in a VR38DETT engine from a R32 GT-R into my current NISMO GT-R?

I'm looking to swap a VR38DETT engine from a R32 GT-R into my current NISMO GT-R. Has anyone done this before? What are the necessary modifications and potential challenges I should be aware of? Are there any specific R32 components that will not work with my NISMO chassis, or can everything be swapped directly over?
