I've had my 2015 Outlander SE for over 3 years now, and it's been a reliable companion through thick and thin. I was initially hesitant about buying a Mitsubishi due to some of the older models' issues with rust, but my dealer assured me that the new Outlanders were well-designed to combat this problem. So far, so good - I've had zero issues with rust on my vehicle, despite driving it in pretty harsh conditions (snow, salted roads, etc.). The CVT transmission does take some getting used to, but once you get into a rhythm it's quite smooth.
