Rear Brake Pad Replacement on Mitsubishi Lancer

I'm having trouble with my rear brake pads on my 2012 Lancer and I was wondering if anyone has experience with replacing them. The symptoms started a few days ago when I noticed a faint grinding noise when pressing the brake pedal, but now it's getting louder and more frequent.
