Upgrades and Performance Mods

I'm really interested in upgrading my 2015 Cooper S with some performance mods. I've been looking into cold air intake systems, cat-back exhausts, and perhaps a tune to unlock more power from the engine. Has anyone else done something similar? What were your experiences like? Did you notice any significant improvements in acceleration or handling? I'd love to hear about any successes or failures so I can make an informed decision for my own upgrade project.

I've recently upgraded my JCW Cooper S to a Stage 1 tune and a high-flow intake system. The results are impressive - it now produces around 220hp which is a significant bump from the factory 205hp. The increased power makes the car feel more agile and responsive, especially in the corners. One thing I've noticed is that the higher power output has put more stress on the clutch, so I'm considering upgrading to a performance clutch kit soon. Has anyone else had similar experiences with their JCW models? I'm also curious about other potential upgrades such as exhaust systems or suspension mods. Are there any recommendations for reputable suppliers or installers?

Just installed an intake system on my JCW Cooper and I'm loving the extra boost in power! The sound of the engine is also much more aggressive now which is a nice touch. Has anyone else tried this mod? Did it make a noticeable difference to your MPG as well? Also, are there any other upgrades that I should consider to take my MINI to the next level?
