2018 S560 with Air Suspension - How to adjust ride height?

I recently purchased a 2018 Mercedes-Benz S560 with air suspension and I'm trying to figure out how to adjust the ride height. The owner's manual doesn't seem to provide clear instructions on this topic and I've seen conflicting information online. Has anyone else had success adjusting their S-Class's ride height? What settings do you recommend for everyday driving and load conditions?
