Is the 2015 GT C190/R190 suitable for track days?

I'm considering purchasing a used 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class (C190/R190) for track days and want to know if it's suitable. I've read some conflicting opinions online regarding its stability and handling at high speeds. Has anyone had experience with this model on the track? What are the pros and cons of using it for track events?
