Why does my 2018 C-Class have a faulty infotainment system?

I've had my 2018 C-Class for a few months now and have been experiencing issues with the infotainment system. The screen frequently freezes or turns black, and I've noticed that the navigation sometimes doesn't update correctly. It's really frustrating when this happens while driving. Anyone else experience similar problems?
