Can You Really Drive the McLaren 650S on a Daily Basis?

I'm considering buying a McLaren 650S as my next daily driver and was wondering if anyone with experience has been able to put in regular mileage on one. How have others managed the wear and tear of owning such an exotic car for everyday use?
