My CX-3's transmission is slipping - Anyone else experience this?

I'm experiencing a concerning issue with my Mazda CX-3's transmission - it's slipping into gear randomly, especially when accelerating from a standstill. This is happening even after a recent oil change and filter replacement. Has anyone else encountered this problem with their CX-3? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
