Help! My CX-3's infotainment system is freezing all the time...

My Mazda CX-3's infotainment system has been freezing on me all the time, especially when using the navigation or streaming music. It just locks up and I have to unplug the battery to restart it. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I've tried updating the software but nothing seems to be working. Help!
