XF40 LS460 Engine Oil Change Cost and Interval

I'm trying to find out how much it costs and how often I need to change the engine oil in my XF40 LS460. I've heard varying estimates online and would love to hear from fellow owners about their experiences with maintenance costs for this vehicle. Can anyone provide some insight?
