Transmission slipping in my 2002 LS430, should I worry?

I've been noticing a slight slipping or hesitation when shifting into higher gears on my 2002 LS430. It's not frequent and usually occurs during hard acceleration. I'm wondering if this is something to be concerned about or just normal wear and tear.
