My 2005 LS430 has a strange vibration at high speeds, ideas?

I'm experiencing a strange vibration in my 2005 LS430 when driving at high speeds, usually above 80mph. It's more pronounced on the passenger side and seems to be coming from the front end of the car. The vibration feels like it's coming from the engine or transmission area, but I'm not sure what could be causing it.
